When it seems they have things well in hand, he retreats, letting the twining trio become a duet. He blinks heavily, then finally his gaze focuses on her. "I know, dearheart." He murmurs, taking both her hands now. "Be brave, for just a little while longer, and then once these two can assure me they have done all they can, I will take you back." He does not go on further - back to the tavern, and Namo, not wanting to excite questions from the twins that have no honest answers.
